At Roping Dummies, we stand behind the quality of every dummy we build. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To Qualify For A Return:

• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.

To start a return, please email us  with your order number and reason for return.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

🔄 Exchanges

Want to swap for a different model or size? No problem.

• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days.

• Simply return the original item, and we’ll ship the replacement once received.

❗ Exceptions

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

• Custom-built or personalized dummies

• Items marked “final sale”

• Products showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund your item at no cost to you.
